Seals and insulation are the least visible parts of a garage door and usually the first thing a homeowner notices once they stop working. A split bottom rubber lets in wind-driven rain, tired perimeter seals whistle in a breeze, and uninsulated panels turn the garage into a heat trap by mid-afternoon.

Choosing Seal Material For Salt Air
