How It Works
Most of our work in Miami Beach comes from customers telling their neighbours. If you send someone our way and they book a job with us, you receive a referral credit that is applied to your next service. There is no form to fill in and no card to carry.
1. Tell A Neighbour
Pass our number on to a neighbour, a friend in your building or a property manager who is tired of a door that sticks. A name and a phone number is all we need, and they can call us directly whenever it suits them.
2. They Book And Mention Your Name
When they call to book, they tell us who recommended us. We note it against the job straight away, so there is nothing to claim later and nothing for you to chase once the work has been done.
3. You Receive A Referral Credit
Once their job is finished and paid in full, a referral credit is added to your account and applied to your next service. It is taken off the price we agree with you before any work begins, not buried in the invoice.
The Few Terms That Apply
The programme is deliberately simple, but a handful of rules keep it fair for everybody. We set them out here rather than in small print so you know exactly where you stand before you recommend us to anyone.
A referral credit has no cash value and is applied to a service rather than paid out. It is added after the referred job has been completed and settled in full, one credit applies per completed job, and it cannot be combined with another offer or discount on the same invoice. If a plan member refers a neighbour, the credit is handled in exactly the same way as it is for anyone else.
Referral Terms
- The referral must be a new customer who has not used us before
- The credit is applied after the referred job has been paid in full
- One credit per completed job, however many quotes come from it
- The credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- It cannot be combined with another offer or discount on the same job

Referral Program Questions
When someone you recommend books a job with us and tells us your name at the time of booking, we record the referral against their address. Once that job is finished and the invoice has been paid in full, a referral credit is placed on your account. The next time you need us, the credit is applied to that service and shown as a line on your invoice, so you can see exactly what came off the price.
There is no card, code or voucher to keep track of. We hold the credit against your address and your phone number, and we will confirm it is on file when you call to book. If you are on a maintenance plan, the credit is applied the same way to any chargeable repair or to a service that sits outside your plan.
